OPEN HANDS OF NORTH CAROLINA

Building relationships with our neighbors, which will ultimately lead to a relationship with Jesus Christ.

More Grace,
Less Judgement.

All of the ministry of Open Hands of North Carolina see the people we serve as true individuals, each with a different story. By building relationships, we get to know our friends and how their life has been influenced by the circumstances they have been through.

MORE GRACE, LESS JUDGEMENT

You Are Not Alone,

And There Is Help.

Open Hands of Davidson County is a haven for those who are struggling. Through our outreach into the homeless and marginalized community, we provide basic need relief, hot meals, hygiene items, and diapers to those who need assistance. Serving with the tenet of “More Grace… Less Judgment” we see the potential that all of our friends have and work to guide them to better lives. Through illustrating the love of Christ to our friends, we hope to bring them to a relationship with Christ.

Our Mission.

The mission of Open Hands of North Carolina, INC. is to build relationships with our neighbors through helping with physical needs, educational opportunities, harm reduction, and employment avenues.  Our hope is that this will ultimately lead to a relationship with Jesus Christ.  We strongly believe that for one to travel the path of poverty to self-sufficiency, he/she must learn to cherish, respect, and value themselves.  Our goal is to lead them to discover their own spirituality and the love that Christ has for us all.
